University research about intercultural communication

The Journal objective is to answer two questions. First is what did I learn about the topic and about myself? The second is how can I benefit from that now and in the future?
This assessment isn't a theory thesis or research review. We write it through personal arguments around intercultural communication and thinking about. Besides, references are also clearly specified by theory analysis, canals, type of documents, contents. Data references collected are diversified and taken from English, French, Spanish and German books or documents. Unbiased data are taken from recognized publications and targeted as impartial components. Subjective thinking is identified by own reviews and experiences transcript in this journal.

[...] The following diagram shows my communication pattern. Secondly, I tried to compare my pattern with Finnish and French colleagues' groups. If I compare to other French student groups, they like sophisticated communication to introduce by using seduction and eloquence speech. They don't get to the point and prefer to discuss and clarify topics and subjects, decisions could be taken more lately. Finnish group communication is focus on relevant information, they speak when they have something to say (like German groups who use pragmatism and technical way of things). [...]

[...] Besides, in communication and relationship attitudes, behaviour are much analysed in Latin country. Let me tell me something about my own experience. A friend of mine who come from Slovenia came with me to take a coffee in the suburbs of Barcelona. My friend is quiet, a good listener and never jump in conversation, he doesn't laugh about people who they are in a bad situation or criticize people. Globalization leading the world is said global, cultural intelligence, intercultural, cross-national, diversity management, expatriation, third country national, multicultural, multinational. Company understood interests to recruit talent all over the world it could be a competitive advantage. What's more, companies' structures have changed by merging, subsidiaries, takeovers for example and they face to issues when they set up business or buy local company in different management systems and working habits.
