[...] Comments on the management style : 1. The arrival and the integration: It is not very easy to arrive in a foreign country. We always hope meet friendly and jovial people. The first meeting in the company is the utmost importance. It was essential for me to make a good one's first impression. Without knowing it, I was going to test from the start . We sent me a taxi at the airport. I put my mind at rest. Arriving at the hotel, the Trade Talks made me welcome. [...]

It is here that another few RCI employees find couples, bring us at the hotel and after I begin the approx to 4 hours in duration, and if I have done very well my job, the couple becomes a prospective RCI member during 20 years. In that situation, all sales representative and even the Trade Talks talked themselves and we could hear: ?rumour has it that he was able to have trouble with the hotel direction . After two days he came at last to us and he denied all rumours. He was very moody. In my oppinion, it must not leave time to the staff without explainations. [...]
[...] The english people were so many of us and he had to make the same figures. I think to be in Malta to work for a french team is different than I worked in a local company directing by maltese or englishman. Our manager understood that and he wanted many results to show that the french team was very strong. We could feel it in his group's management. Direction Porto Azzuro Hotel M.
